Tabhair have been delighted to partner with many charities across the UK supporting a diverse range of work. Here are a few examples of projects that we have got alongside:

Regenerate

Regenerate is a charity that works with young people and families on the Roehampton estate in London, helping transform lives and communities from the inside out.

Tabhair have been pleased to support Regenerate with core costs as they have worked on growing The Feel Good Bakery, a social enterprise in the form of a sandwich business that aims to support, train and employ young people helping them to develop life skills that prepare them for the workplace and enhance their futures.

Fix It UK Ltd

Fix-it UK Ltd is a Wigan based charity primarily aimed at young people between the ages of 14 to 25 years. Their aim is to improve the life chances, career choices and opportunities of young people who prefer to learn by doing things rather than an academic route into employment via further education.

Fix-it UK Ltd provides a unique opportunity for local young people to develop employability skills,  build resilience, gain industry recognised qualifications and acquire practical work experience in motor vehicle maintenance. Fix-it UK Ltd looks and feels like a ‘garage’ work place, the young people quickly respond to this setting and enjoy the learning experience.

Fix Its Programme Director _ Ian Tomlinson said  " Fix It was one of the first beneficiaries of Tabhair funding, they have continued to support us in subsequent years to help us develop new opportunities and improve the learning experience for our vulnerable students. Funding from Tabhair has enabled me to realise our expansion plans to meet the growing needs of the communities we serve."
